How to Connect Shopify, Meta & Google in One Dashboard

The single most common ecommerce data request is also one of the most frustrating: "I just want to see my store, my Meta ads, and my Google ads in one place." It sounds simple. It isn't quite — but it's very doable once you understand the pieces.

To combine Shopify, Meta Ads, and Google in one dashboard, use Looker Studio (free) with native connectors for Google Analytics and Google Ads, plus a paid third-party connector (Windsor.ai from ~$19/month, or Supermetrics from ~$39/month) for Shopify and Meta, which have no free native connectors. The real payoff isn't the single view — it's seeing blended customer acquisition cost across all channels next to actual store revenue.

The tool: Looker Studio (free)

Google's Looker Studio is free with no user or usage limits, and it's the natural hub because two of your sources — Google Analytics and Google Ads — connect natively at no cost. Start there.

The catch: Shopify and Meta need paid connectors

Neither Shopify nor Meta has a free native Looker Studio connector. To pull their data in, you need a paid third-party connector:

The setup, in order

  1. Create a Looker Studio account (just needs a Google login).
  2. Connect GA4 and Google Ads via the free native connectors.
  3. Add a paid connector and authorize your Shopify store and Meta Ads account through it.
  4. Build your views, pulling each source into charts.

Each connection takes roughly 10–15 minutes. The mechanical part is quick.

The hard part — and the actual value: blending

Getting four sources onto one screen is table stakes. The insight comes from combining them — putting Meta and Google ad spend next to Shopify revenue to calculate blended customer acquisition cost and true return on ad spend. That's the number that answers "are my ads actually making money," and no single platform can show it, because each only sees its own slice. Reconciling different date ranges, attribution windows, and definitions across sources is where most DIY attempts stall — and where the real expertise lives.

The honest bottom line

The single-view setup is a solid afternoon's project for a motivated owner. If you want it done right — especially the blended-CAC layer that actually drives decisions — that's where bringing in help earns its cost.
